How to use: Use your adorable custom drawn digital portrait as your screen saver, wallpaper on your phone, tablet and of course your computer. Does your pet have an Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tik tok? - Great for profile/display photos.

When: Please allow 2-7 business days for the design process.
Expect longer delays in delivery during the holiday season (November-January).

What: You receive via mail
• Transparent case, semi-hard back and flexible sides that make it easy to take on and off.
• Wireless charging compatible
• Pet portrait are UV printed onto the phone case with a smooth, matte finish
• Made of a BPA free hybrid Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Polycarbonate (PC) material

How to care: Please be gentle when placing case on hard/sharp surfaces, it could damage and wear down the artwork. We do not recommend using alcohol-based products to clean your phone cases as it might damage the print and cause discolouration. You can only use mild soap and water with a soft sponge.

How to care: • Hand-wash only to preserve the custom artwork. Don't microwave or heat liquids or food directly in the mug—it can damage the coating.

How to care:• Hand-wash only to preserve the custom artwork (dishwasher not recommended due to vacuum seal)

We appreciate modern, simple design just as much as you do. If you prefer to have the portrait designed without your pet's name, please write "NO NAME" in the name box.

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. We love to hear your reactions to receiving a custom portrait of your fur baby!

However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards. We want you to love your Ollie and Stace portrait!
