IMAGE BEST PRACTICES
What makes the perfect photo?
We design based on the photos you send. The three most important factors that come into play are: lighting, quality and positioning.
Image best practices

Lighting
Natural light or near a window with lots of sunlight. We want the lighting to display your pets true fur colouring.
Note:
We want to avoid photos with shadowing on the face.

Quality
Use a smart phone or quality camera. We want to be able to capture every unique detail of your pet.
Note:
When in doubt, more photos are better in this case.

Positioning
Head: Let's get them looking directly at the camera.
Body: The more front facing body, the better. Getting down to their level for this works wonders.
* Pro tip - dangle their favourite toy or treat above the camera to get their attention to the lens.
Still have questions
Pet no longer here or looking for a gift?
We can do our best to remove or include any collars, bandanas, etc. Please indicate in the order checkout notes! We should be able to work with any images you may have, even if the pet is no longer with us.
