What is your refund policy?


Due to the custom nature of all of the products we produce at Ollie + Stace, we unable offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet.
If you are unhappy with your final, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you on making things right.


It's rare, but should your precious portrait arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP and we can work on getting a replacement sent to you!


What if I need to cancel my order?

We want to get your portrait to you as soon as we can, thus we can get to work on it almost right away. If there are any changes or cancellations required, please email info@ollieandstace.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After the deadline, the artwork is in process and we are unable to make any changes.
